Current model
The planned customer model is subscription access to accountability software. Users select a commitment tier, manage goals in the app, and receive a monthly outcome based on verified completion.
Goal setup, pledge management, dashboards, progress verification, AI coaching, partner motivation, and reward or discount calculations.
The core value is delivered through a web and mobile software product rather than local services, physical goods, or chance-based outcomes.
Payments and discounts
MilosPledge is in beta/MVP stage. Stripe or another payment-provider integration is planned for paid beta workflows and is not presented as live production card charging on this public site. Discount workflows are based on verified completion and configurable business rules.
Current public cap
The current public beta discount cap is up to 90%. Older 150% references are draft or future business-rule variants, not the active public cap.
Users can earn discounts against a commitment tier based on verified completion, with a minimum service fee preserved.
Subscription payment-provider integration is planned; beta copy should not imply that Stripe billing is already active.
Future reward economics
Future reward economics may include partner-funded rewards or sponsor discounts if those partnerships are added. The current public model is subscription accountability software with verification, coaching, dashboards, and discount calculations.
Not gambling
MilosPledge rewards are based on verified goal completion, not chance, random outcomes, or betting against other users. Users pay for software access and accountability workflows.
Why customers use it
The product gives users an external accountability structure: measurable pledges, evidence requirements, visible XP progress, AI coaching, and billing incentives that make follow-through concrete.
Product stage
The software includes a working Go backend, Flutter app, React public site, Auth0 login, MySQL database, health-data verification paths, and AI coaching integrations. Public pages are kept login-free so reviewers and partners can validate the company quickly.
