Request account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your MilosPledge account and associated personal data by email.
Send deletion requests to:
Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line and the email address associated with your account. You can also copy [email protected] for beta-review or urgent account issues.
What gets deleted
After verifying the request, MilosPledge will delete or anonymize account data that is not required for security, legal, operational, or fraud-prevention retention.
- Account profile and app identity records.
- Pledge history, progress, XP, and verification records.
- Health and fitness data synced or submitted for pledge verification.
- AI coaching and chat history tied to the account.
- Billing or payment-provider metadata, subject to legal and accounting retention requirements if paid beta workflows are enabled.
Important note
Account deletion is permanent. You will lose access to the account, progress, XP, levels, pledge history, and any earned discount records that are not retained for legal or operational reasons.
Processing time
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days where practical. You will receive a confirmation email after the request is processed or if more information is needed to verify account ownership.
