Terms for using MilosPledge as a web and mobile software product for pledge management, progress verification, AI coaching, and rewards or discount workflows.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MilosPledge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

MilosPledge is a digital accountability platform. Users set measurable goals, create pledges, track progress, submit or sync evidence, receive AI coaching, and may earn XP, rewards, or discounts based on verified completion.

3. Account responsibilities

  • Provide accurate registration and contact information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Use the service only for lawful personal accountability and product workflows.
  • Do not submit misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized evidence.

4. Pledges, verification, and discounts

  • Pledge outcomes depend on the product rules, commitment tier, and verification method shown in the app.
  • Discounts and rewards are based on verified goal completion, not chance, random outcomes, or betting against other users.
  • The current public beta discount cap is up to 90%. Older 150% references are draft or future business-rule variants, not the active public cap.
  • Some pledges may require health data, app-side logs, photo proof, or other evidence.

5. Payments

MilosPledge is in beta/MVP stage. Stripe or another payment-provider integration is planned for paid beta workflows and should not be treated as live production card charging unless the product explicitly enables it. Refund, billing, and cancellation handling may vary by beta program and applicable payment-provider terms.

6. Health and AI features

Health, fitness, nutrition, and AI coaching features provide accountability support and motivation. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, fitness, or nutritional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

MilosPledge is provided as a beta software product. To the maximum extent allowed by law, MilosPledge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the service, user goals, exercise activity, data-provider outages, or third-party integrations.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
